Your entry will be automatically entered upon submission of survey. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (except the Province of Quebec), at least 18 years of age or older, except employees of Mansueto Ventures LLC ("Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant's submitted information for purposes of marketing and promotion.

Selection of Winners:

Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, Mansueto Ventures will randomly select Three (3) Winners on or about June 30, 2009.  Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about July 6, 2009. Each winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and (only if a resident of Canada) also to answer the following skill testing question correctly: (228 x 21) + (10,824/12) - 1,121 =; Winners must return all such items within ten (10) days, or an alternate winner may be selected. 

Prize:

The winner will receive an American Express Gift Card carrying a value of One Hundred US Dollars (US$100).

Limitations of Liability/Reserved Rights:

Neither Mansueto Ventures nor its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, nor their promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web site or otherwise violating these rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

To obtain the names of the Winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Mansueto Ventures, LLC, c/o Fast Company Connection recruitment Sweepstakes, 7 World Trade Center, New York, NY 10007-2195, after June 13, 2009. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations; void where prohibited or restricted by law.
